Do I need to book an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

We recommend booking to minimise your wait time. We do our best to accommodate urgent walk-in cases — call us on (07) 5598 4000 and we'll do everything we can to fit you in.

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm, and every second Saturday 8:00am – 12:00pm. Closed Sundays and public holidays. You can book online 24/7 through our website.

Do you offer after-hours or emergency care?

We don't currently offer after-hours emergency services. If your pet needs urgent care outside our hours, please contact a local emergency vet clinic. During business hours, call us immediately on (07) 5598 4000 and we will prioritise your pet.

Absolutely — we see both cats and dogs. Our principal vet Dr Nicole McGuinness has a special passion for feline medicine, and we offer luxury cat boarding alongside full veterinary care for all our feline patients.

Do you offer dental care for pets?

Yes! We provide comprehensive dental care including professional scale and polish, digital dental X-rays, tooth extractions and oral surgery — all performed under general anaesthetic for your pet's safety and comfort.

What does a standard vet consultation involve?

A standard consultation includes a thorough physical examination, a review of your pet's health history and a tailored treatment or preventative plan. We'll discuss vaccinations, parasite prevention, nutrition and any concerns you have.

Do you have on-site X-ray and ultrasound?

Yes — we have full digital radiography (X-ray) and diagnostic ultrasound on-site, so we can diagnose many conditions in a single visit without referring you elsewhere.

How do I book cat boarding?

Call us on (07) 5598 4000 or submit an enquiry via our website. We recommend booking well in advance, especially during school holidays and peak periods.

What vaccinations are required for cat boarding?

All cats must be up to date with their F3 (or F4/F5) vaccinations and have received recent flea treatment. A brief health check is also conducted on arrival.

Can you administer my cat's medication during their stay?

Yes, absolutely. Our team is experienced in administering tablets, liquids and injections. Just let us know your cat's needs when you book.
